This paper discusses art education extensively as a field of study that develops the creativity, craftsmanship and dexterity of an individual and how the acquisition of such knowledge makes a disabled but creative mind self-reliant and easily employable thereby eradicating unequitability syndromes among our teaming youths. But unfortunately, this field of education suffers a glaring setback because of wrong notion people have about it which deters their interest. Furthermore, it clearly identifies and discuss the roles of fine and applied arts education in achieving inclusive and equitable quality education to all Nigerians. The paper concludes that utilization of Arts education will facilitate achievement of inclusive education in Nigeria. The paper also recommends that emphasis of art education should be channelled towards integrating knowledge of arts among inclusive settings
